ON THE RECORD  --  EVERY JURISDICTION

On the record

While there are many highly suggestive "off the record" tools used by many lawyers to shape the public's view of how good they are (e.g., "prestigious" associations, awards, political/peer rankings, magazine "top" lists, etc.), here's a more direct way: A mere sample of what happens "on the record" from which a much more direct inference can be drawn (out of prudence and respect for other colleagues, conceptual, legal, logical and even practical arguments won't be included in the list below, but you're more than welcomed to come by any jurisdiction during arguments and see what happens for yourself); thank you.
