Conversations about risk assessments... there's precedent and practice, and sometimes precedent in the practice itself, but the affirmative step of accounting for  everytthing  that can offset that --often imputed-- risk constructed concerns or idea... starts with hiring counsel to competently navigate past local and overcomeable anchors through meaningful and honest exchanges with courts to help identify and expose what would be most helpful and wise course of action during the pendency of your criminal proceedings...
