COMPREHENSIVE CONSTITUTIONAL,  STATUTORY CHALLENGES

  • Forum based and other jurisdictional matters;

  • Substantive issues (merits, matters of law); case law and court rule requirement compliance with substantive matters (and in the procedural context as well);  

  • Procedural issues (evidentiary matters, including search and seizure basis ​sufficiency or invalidity; admissibility of witness statement/testimony, defendant admissions; tangible evidence admissibility (coercive, suggestive or unsupported conduct by the police or another government agent, etc. as well as "channel/option exhausting."  

  • Challenges to the investigation (i.e., accounts, reporting, observations), setting(s), circumstances, and the accuracy, completion and veracity of every comment, insinuation, description,  allegation and (independent or supporting) claim; and
